Who is the Service Provider account for?
It is for individuals who offer property services to independent landlords and property managers, including showings, inspections, and maintenance. You present your services through your own provider profile.
Can I offer more than one service?
Yes. Your profile can include showings, inspection types, and up to three maintenance categories. Select the services you are qualified to provide. Listing a service does not replace any requirements for performing that work.
Can I share my profile with clients I already know?
Yes. Once published, your profile has a public link you can share with landlords and property managers, including existing contacts.
Is my profile public as soon as I sign up?
No. Your profile starts as a private draft. You choose when to publish it after completing your identity details and verifying your phone number and ID, and you can unpublish it later.
Can I choose where I offer services?
Yes. Add your location and service radius to your profile, along with your availability, so clients understand the area you cover.
Does joining guarantee work?
No. Creating an account or publishing a profile does not guarantee jobs or earnings. Your profile helps you present your services to potential clients.
